Experience

MEG was founded with the aim of offering production services in the audio and radio market. 

As a car radio manufacturing company, MEG soon began to collaborate with large international groups, providing PCBA in outsourcing. 

Beginning of collaboration with large international groups for the production of car radios for the European market 

Starting in 1990, with the establishment of the current corporate structure, MEG installed SMD lines, and obtained ISO 9001 certification in 1997. 

Completion of the investment plan: the automatic production and testing lines radically transform the way of working in the company, guaranteeing customers the advantages related to the technological increase. 

In 1998 MEG opens a production plant in Hungary through the acquisition of DMTZ, begins the testing and electromechanical assembly production in the low cost area. 

In 2011, following a generational change, the machinery was renewed with important investments and new commercial policies were introduced. 

New production site in Iasi in Romania: MEG Ro. the goal is to create a new technological site. 

Installation of a new SMD line in Romania and selective welder.
